Paul Bouten

Paul Bouten started as a Physiotherapist and holds a MSc and MSc BA from Radboud University Nijmegen, Netherlands. He is registered Board-Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMAS), has both Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Regulatory Affairs Certification and is a certified Green Belt in Lean (CGBL) and Black (BBL).

Paul has 30+ years’ experience accrued over 7 years in the HealthCare sector and 23 years Clinical Research, Operations, Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Outsourcing and Contract Management. He is familiar with EU GDPR and ICH/GCP and is acting as Data Protection Officer and Consultant for PharMarketing.

Paul is fan of sport and practices ice hockey, skiing, ice skating and mountain biking.
