Dumitru Badicean

Dumitru is a senior clinical research associate and project manager with extensive experience leading clinical trial operations in Moldova and international collaborations. Previously Head of the Clinical Trial Department at Milray MC and Senior CRA at Cromos Pharma, he has managed study start-up, site selection, monitoring visits, adverse event reporting, and dossier submissions across multiple therapeutic areas. With a Ph.D. in genetics and certifications in GCP and drug discovery, he combines scientific depth with operational excellence in clinical trial management and regulatory compliance.
